1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (like sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Shipping on most items unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery times are based on the date of shipment, not the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
3. Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different suppliers in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package. Please do not be alarmed if one part of your order arrives before the other.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GimmeBigCart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Incorrect Address / Refused Deliveries
Please ensure all shipping information is correct. If the address provided is incorrect or the shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
7. Damages
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact our support team immediately.
