At Gimmebigcart, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a seamless return or exchange process.

1. The 7-Day Guarantee

You have 7 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return or an exchange.

  • Returns: Refunded to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Shipped out as soon as your return is inspected.

2. Condition Requirements

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused/Unworn: In the same condition you received them.

  • Complete: Including all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Electronics: Seals must be intact (unless the unit is defective).

3. Exchanges (The Faster Option)

Want a different color, size, or a replacement for a damaged item?

  • Instant Exchange: Once your return request is approved, we can initiate the shipment of your new item immediately, often before the original item reaches our warehouse.

  • Store Credit Bonus: Opt for an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, and we will add an extra 10% value to your credit as a thank you for staying with us.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us: Contact support@gimmebigcart.com with your Order # and the reason for the request.

  2. Provide Proof: For damaged or defective items, please attach 3-4 clear photos or a short video of the issue.

  3. Get Instructions: Our team will provide you with the specific return address (please do not send items back to the manufacturer).

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., “no longer needed”), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened personal care devices (e.g., scalp massagers).

  • Intimate apparel or beauty products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
