Refund & Return Policy

At Gimmebigcart, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, because we work with a global network of suppliers to bring you the best prices, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging (including all tags and manuals).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first at support@gimmebigcart.in for the correct return address.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • To expedite the process, please include clear photos or a video of the damage in your email.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (beauty products, intimate garments).

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

5. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.
